Property Damage Restoration Technician -AND- Apprenticeship to become a Property Damage Restoration Project Manager.
Property Damage Restoration Technician is an entry-level position. Compensation is hourly and is dependent on the level of related experience. This is a full-time employment opportunity.

EMERG+NC is the premier disaster recovery contractor in North Carolina. We provide emergency services to preserve, protect, and secure property from fire, water, smoke, wind, and environmental damage. We are seeking a Water Restoration Technician. This is an entry-level position that puts you on the fast track of emergency property damage project management. We believe strongly in promoting from within and are growing at a rapid pace. In this position, you will perform the following duties: Water extraction, mold remediation, and fire/smoke services Performing demolitions Setting up and monitoring drying equipment Clean up and debris removal Estimating the scope of work Setting up containment, decontaminating, setting up/monitoring remediation equipment Fire damage and smoke cleaning.
This position will provide you the unique opportunity and ability to directly impact the future success of our business. This role is an entry-level position in our company, the candidate services, if applied at full potential will fill a needed void in our organization and provide an opportunity for you to develop a solid career over time. Our intent would be to eventually have you become experienced in a wide variety of restoration specialties via hands-on apprenticeship training under the tutelage of highly experienced Project Managers and at the appropriate time ‘via company-paid certification credentials’ leading to higher levels of compensation for you under a performance-based measurable bonus program in the future.
