Wake Forest Home Rescued from Frozen Pipe Water Damage

A high end Wake Forest home was sitting vacant while on the market to sell when it had a frozen pipe related water loss that originated from the attic. The water ran for over 48 hours and affected over 90% of this beautiful 4,800 square foot home.  EMERG+NC was quick to react, mitigate the water damage before mold became an issue, and repaired the property to a pre loss condition so the property owner could get it back on the market to sell.
