Position Description: Property Damage Restoration Technician -and- Apprenticeship to become a Property Damage Restoration Project Manager – A Two Year Training Program
Property Damage Restoration Technician is an entry level position. Compensation is hourly and is dependent on level of related experience. This is an full-time employment opportunity.

EMERG+NC is the premier disaster recovery contractor in North Carolina who provides emergency service to preserve, protect, and secure property from fire, water, smoke, wind, and environmental damage. We are seeking a Water Restoration Technician. This is an entry level position that puts you on the fast track emergency property damage project management. In this position, you will perform the following duties: Water extraction, mold remediation, and fire/smoke services Performing demolitions Setting up and monitoring drying equipment Clean up and debris removal Estimating the scope of work Setting up containment, decontaminating, setting up/monitoring remediation equipment Fire damage and smoke cleaning.
